1. Affiliation

RiskyMC is in no way affiliated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or their respective partners. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. All purchases are made through RiskyMC and not Mojang.

2. Intangible Goods

All items sold on this store are virtual, intangible goods. You are purchasing a license to use a digital asset (such as a rank, cosmetic, or in-game items & Perks) within our specific server environment. You do not gain legal ownership of the software or the server.

3. Refund & Chargeback Policy

• No Refunds: All sales are final. Since the items are digital and immediately delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or buy-backs.
• Chargebacks: Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a payment via PayPal or your bank will result in an automatic, permanent ban from the server and our webstore (often via the Buycraft global ban list). We may also share details of the fraud with relevant anti-fraud databases.

4. Server Rules & Bans

Purchasing a rank or item/perk does not grant you immunity from the server rules.

• If you break the rules and are banned, you will not receive a refund for any time lost on your rank or items.
• We reserve the right to change server rules at any time.

5. Server Availability

While we aim for 100% uptime, RiskyMC reserves the right to close the server, perform maintenance, or reset maps (wipes) at any time. In the event of a server shut-down, virtual items are forfeited.
